We are Sagar Mahara and Sona Bishwakarma, husband and wife from Nepal. We are doing ministry in Nepal among the Maithili people, an unreached people group in Nepal and India. We have a vision to bring the gospel to them, make disciples of them, and lead them in God's Kingdom. We have started some house churches within the Maithili community, and we have a vision to start more churches, disciple believers, equip them for ministry, and support them in their faith.

We are from the Madhesh province of Nepal. The Maithili-speaking population is about 70 million, with less than one percent reached with the gospel. Because of their strict religious practices, it is challenging to reach out, but with God all things are possible. The people live in deep spiritual darkness, worshiping thousands of goddesses, so it is challenging to spread the gospel alone. Our goal is to equip pastors and leaders for ministry and to provide them with the support they need.
