Roger and Kristine Courville are "God's fellow workers" (1 Co 3:9) in the Columbia River Gorge, where Roger is bi-vocational pastor of Carson Bible Church...one of those small, rural congregations that needs and can't afford a full-time pastor.
They didn't drift here; they were called. Roger's passion is discipleship and healing: helping people take a next step toward Jesus on Sunday, and walking with the hurting Monday through Saturday, out where daily life and work actually happen.
Kristine labors alongside him in that same care for their neighbors. Carson Bible Church doesn't reach the Gorge alone -- it stands with churches up and down the river, each keeping a light lit in its own town -- and Roger's extensive work in marketplace missions and Kristine's herbalism work keep them connecting with the locals they're called to serve.
